The Power Ranking tool below from the Multi Stakeholder Partnership guide helps participants experience how every person has different kinds of rank and privileges, and to see how this influences group power dynamics. This can be an effective tool once there is basic trust already present in the stakeholder group.
Consider how power dynamics within your stakeholder group of concern may be experienced by each member. How aware is everyone in the room of their own influence? How will this influence the process?
